Jay Laverty on-line

I will do my best to keep this page as up to date as possible, and below you will find links to the projects I am working on at the moment. I keep a thread going over on Europeanmodeller for all of my projects, and depending on how many I have going at any one point in time, they can take a long time to complete.

Tamiya's 1:350th Japanese I-400 Submarine built straight out of the box. A fantastic little model.

Hasegawa's 1:32nd Ki-61 built using a combination of Eduard cockpit detail parts, and much scratch-built detailing. THis article will be the first in a series of Natrual Metal Finish focused articles, hopefully giving some insights into the process of achieving superior metallic finishes.

Bronco Models 1:35th Staghound. Featuring a tutorial on using Cammett's Cast-A-Coat to create a cast texture on the turret surface, this should be an interesting article of perhaps one of the coolest armoured cars of the war.
